For the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card and the Certificate of Recovery from COVID-19 to be recognized and eligible for use in Viet Nam, a note of CONFIRMATION must be issued by the Consulate (valid until the date of expiry of the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card). To obtain a note of CONFIRMATION, applicant can:
